At Hook Lane we hold daily assemblies in order to give our pupils the opportunity to take part in a daily act of collective worship. During our assembly time we hope to provide opportunities for the children to reflect, consider issues of spirituality, learn about a range of faiths and cultures and explore issues around personal and social values. It is also a time for us to be able to collectively celebrate successes within the school.
Hook Lane is a collection of different individuals and beliefs and we hope to reflect this whilst promoting an environment of inclusiveness, tolerance and respect for others.
Parents are invited twice a year to watch their children perform in assembly and showcase the good work that they have been doing in class.
